Inspired Energy PLC Notice of AGM 2012

Notice has been given for the Inspired Energy PLC Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2012. The Board will meet to discuss a number of points, including the yearly accounts, director’s report and auditor’s report, all of which are itemised on the the Inspired Energy PLC Notice of AGM and Agenda 2012.

Inspired Energy PLC have also made available the AGM 2012 Proxy to enable individuals to vote on the resolutions of specified matters.
