We know when searching what is right for your career, you’ll want to know what working for an organisation is really like and how you will be supported. Here are some of our most common FAQs.
Inspired has offices throughout the UK including its HQ in Kirkham plus Cardiff and London. Depending on the role you apply for, you will be either office-based, home-based or flexible. If you are contracted as a home worker, you will be required to visit your contracted parent office should the business require your attendance. The terms of working will be agreed when you are offered a position.
If you are working from home, the usual provisions are a laptop, monitor, mouse, keyboard, and a headset.
Current working hours are 08:45 to 17:00 (Monday to Thursday) and 08:45 to 16:00 (Friday) with one hour lunch. Some roles are part-time and working hours are dependent on the individual’s role requirements and business area. If you require further information, please contact our HR department.
When you start at Inspired, dependent on role, we can provide (but not limited to):

Inspired has several training pathways for Aspiring Managers (Leadership Programme), Project Managers, Trainers and Client Relationship Managers. We have a dedicated Training team who deliver ongoing professional and business development via:
- Classroom-based training
- Virtual Training
- On-the-job training
- Bootcamp online training
- Mentoring and role shadowing
We have a growing number of professional training courses (currently exceeding 55 individual sessions) and a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, who can certify in Lean Six Sigma, Yellow, Green and Black Belt. Along side our System training courses, including Microsoft Excel and Visio (BPMN – Business Process Mapping Notation).

In 2021, we introduced three distinct committees, made up of employees across all levels and departments within Inspired. They work to ensure we have the best possible working environment for all.

We have also rolled out an Employee Assistance Programme and all employees have access to the Unmind app to support your personal wellbeing. Our HR team are always on hand to support employees.
Your individual probation period will be outlined in your contract of employment.
Performance is evaluated through quarterly 1-2-1 appraisal reviews, working collaboratively with your line manager to create personal and departmental objectives. Each department has unique objectives which can be explored further with your new line manager.
