As we’re sure you know by now, the energy market is facing challenging times. Bills are going up and sadly, some providers have ceased trading altogether.
On Wednesday 3rd November 2021, Contract Natural Gas (CNG) made an official announcement that they have made the decision to exit the energy market due to the current global energy crisis that has left the business unsustainable.
If CNG are your current supplier, we understand your obvious concern but please rest assured that under the safety net of Ofgem, your supplies will remain secure and energy will not stop flowing to your business.
In spite of all of this, we are happy to reassure you that Inspired Energy is still working hard to look after all our clients to support you through this challenging time. For our affected customers, we are already working to move you to a new supplier. Although the current market conditions are unprecedented, with record wholesale energy prices, we have a range of options to discuss with you in the coming days with the aim to alleviate some of the increases faced.
